On October 5, 2025, the conference program will be published on the website. Please check your personal information.
- Presentations can be made both online and in person.
- After presenting your topic, you will receive a certificate of participation.
- The Organizing Committee will pre-publish all papers that pass expert review;
- Selected papers, based on recommendations from the Organizing Committee, will be published

- Sectional session presentation – 15 minutes
- Discussion – 10 minutes
Paper Formatting Guidelines:
Structure of the paper (to be presented at the conference):
Article (4–6 pages), electronic version (Word format), with up to 3 authors
Title (Sylfaen =14/B)
Authors (Full name), Affiliation (Institution name) (Sylfaen =12), Authors’ email addresses
Abstract (Sylfaen =11) in the article’s language (For papers in Georgian: abstract, title, and author information must also be provided in English)
Main text (Sylfaen =11, line spacing 1.15)
The article must include:
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Discussion
- Results
- Conclusion
- References
Technical Requirements:
- MS Word, A4 format, margins 2.2 cm
- Georgian main text: Sylfaen =11, line spacing =1.15
- English text: Times New Roman =11
- Graphic material: JPG, GIF, or BMP files

- Certificates will be issued to all authors, in digital or printed format
