For authors

The conference will be held in a hybrid format – in-person and remotely
Online participation will be supported via the Zoom platform.
Working languages of the conference: Georgian, English

Important Dates:

  • September 20, 2025 – Deadline for registration 
  • September 27, 2025 – Paper submission via email: conference@gtu.ge 
  • October 3, 2025 – Notification of participation and Zoom link distribution

Please note:

On October 5, 2025, the conference program will be published on the website. Please check your personal information.

  • Presentations can be made both online and in person.
  • After presenting your topic, you will receive a certificate of participation.
  • The Organizing Committee will pre-publish all papers that pass expert review;
  • Selected papers, based on recommendations from the Organizing Committee, will be published

Regalements:

  • Plenary session presentation – 20 minutes
  • Sectional session presentation – 15 minutes
  • Discussion – 10 minutes

Paper Formatting Guidelines:

Structure of the paper (to be presented at the conference):
Article (4–6 pages), electronic version (Word format), with up to 3 authors
Title (Sylfaen =14/B)
Authors (Full name), Affiliation (Institution name) (Sylfaen =12), Authors’ email addresses
Abstract (Sylfaen =11) in the article’s language (For papers in Georgian: abstract, title, and author information must also be provided in English)
Main text (Sylfaen =11, line spacing 1.15)
The article must include:

  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Discussion
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • References

Technical Requirements:

  • MS Word, A4 format, margins 2.2 cm
  • Georgian main text: Sylfaen =11, line spacing =1.15
  • English text: Times New Roman =11
  • Graphic material: JPG, GIF, or BMP files
  • Submit the paper via email: conference@gtu.ge
  • Certificates will be issued to all authors, in digital or printed format
